Well it is that time of month again for me to write about 2 more employees here are Vinoklet Winery that go above and beyond our internal and external customers expectations.
The first is Bill, he is always around the winery fields and buildings doing whatever it takes to keep the facilities running whether it be mowing the grass, fixing lights, attending Festival Meetings, bottling wine, talking with customers about their experience here and many other chores as they come about.
He is a jack of all trades and is the first one to jump in and say I can do that. Having a guy like him around the Vineyard is a big help for Kreso and he is glad to be helping to do what it takes to keep what Kreso has created here at Vinoklet a beautiful location of choice in the Cincinnati Area.
Secondly, I would like to talk about Josh another employee who is always here at the restaurant doing all the extra duties entailed in making the dining experience one that our guests won’t soon forget.
His friendly attitude, work ethic and willing go the extra mile make him very valuable to the restaurant. Many times he goes and does what needs to be done without even being asked employees like that are hard to come by, but Vinoklet seems to have many bright stars and I enjoy writing about each and every one of them in this blog each month.
With employees like Bill and Josh it helps make Vinoklet be what it is “a diamond in the rough” in Colerain Township.
So the next time you visit Vinoklet say hi to Bill and Josh and let them know you appreciate what they do to make Vinoklet a place to remember.
