Grilled to Perfection is $42/person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Full bar service is available as cash or hosted bar. Bottled domestic beer $3, bottled premium beer $4, hard liquor $4 per drink.
Friday evenings require a minimum of 50 guests in the Private Veritas Room, and Saturday evenings require 60 guests. Smaller groups can reserve an area in the Cincinnatus Restaurant or the Solarium (weather permitting - the solarium is not suitable for extreme heat or cold).
